Tables & Chairs
The Linen Building provides the following:
(25) - 5 foot round tables
(5) - 30" round Cocktail tables
(4) - 6 foot banquet tables
(4) - 8 foot banquet tables
200 comfortable, padded black chairs
Set up of our tables & chairs are included in the rental fee.
WE DO NOT provide table linens.

Parking
We offer ample free parking both on and off site. Valet available upon request.

Photo Booth
Create memories using our old school black and white photo booth. $3 for a strip of 4 photos. A creative way to capture your guests at your event.

Handicap Accessibility/Elevator
The Linen Building meets all ADA handicap accessibility codes. Our elevator can take you between the first and second floor. There is no elevator access to the mezzanine.

Mezzanine/Loft
The mezzanine area off the first floor comes with black leather couches, coffee and end tables and low level swivel chairs.

Décor
The historic architecture coupled with modern amenities provides for an endless array of decorating possibilities. Our window coverings consist of 10' tall black out curtains on the main floor and beautiful roman black out shades in the Gallery. Wall surfaces are natural exposed brick and sheetrock painted walls while the walking surfaces are concrete and maple hardwood.

Specialty Lighting
The Linen Building has many specialty lighting options in helping create your event. From up and down lighting to colored washes on the walls, we can add different lighting elements to the make your event unique. Although there is no charge to use the specialty lighting, there is a labor fee for set up.

EventRent, an established local rental and party store can meet all your event rental needs.
