It's a new year, and several new Creators will make their debut at the January Linen Building Sunday Market, which runs from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 17, at the Linen Building, 1402 W. Grove St. in Downtown Boise's Linen District.

Every third Sunday of the month, the Linen Building Sunday Market showcases two dozen Creators offering locally-made arts and crafts, jewelry, clothing, produce, food and drink. New Creators joining the Sunday Market this month include:

· Sewn Silly. Lori Dicaire's handcrafted creations include a three-in-one yoga mat bag with eye pillow included; the Power Pouch, which carries all your electronic chargers when you travel; and computer laptop bags made out of "retired" yoga mats.
· The Wood Whisperer. Jon Waddell crafts beautiful, exotic wood wine stoppers and cheese/cutting boards.

A portion of January Sunday Market proceeds will be donated to TrICA. Formerly known as Children's Dance Institute, The Treasure Valley Institute for Children's Arts (TrICA) provides meaningful experiences in the arts taught by outstanding and loving educators, inspiring the children of the Treasure Valley to develop attitudes and values contributing to a stronger sense of community, humanity and good will. For more information, visit trica.org.

Live music will be provided by singer-songwriter Audra Connolly. In 2009, Connolly released her debut album, Dear Friend. The album features themes of love and friendship that weave their way through 10 unique songs that together create a powerful and complete opus. Hear music and learn more about Connolly at audraconnolly.com.
